Will Garrison
Will Garrison is the owner-broker of Austin Lakeside Properties, the boutique Lake Travis real estate firm his mother, Donna, founded in 1987. He has been a licensed Austin real estate agent since 2001 and specializes in lakefront homes, waterfront condos, and luxury estates across Lake Travis, Spicewood, Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Lago Vista.
Will began his real estate career in Austin in 2001, after seven years of active service in the United States Marine Corps. He spent nearly two decades earning awards at Keller Williams and Sotheby’s International Realty before stepping in to lead Austin Lakeside Properties alongside his mother. The Austin Business Journal nominated Will for its Platinum Top 50 Award in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
As a third-generation REALTOR®, Will brings a deep understanding of the Texas market shaped by watching his family brokerage work through decades of real estate cycles. He credits his career to the Marine Corps core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment, applied to every client transaction. From a first-time buyer to a multi-million-dollar lakefront seller, Will pairs current market data with careful listening and a calm, transparent approach.
Outside the office, Will coaches his son’s baseball team with the Lake Travis Youth Association. He also enjoys golf and competitive waterskiing with his family on Lake Travis, the same lake he has helped clients call home since 2001.
